Precision Polymer Mfg. (PPM) manufactures custom plastic injection molded parts and assemblies.

We specialize in engineering grade resins, tight tolerance parts, optical molding, clear molded parts, insert molded parts, exotic material runs, ultrasonic welding of plastic parts and the assembly of plastic parts.

We are proud to be a prime contractor to the US Department of Defense and supplies proprietary products to the DOD. PPM produces parts utilizing ISO 9001:2008 specification.

INSERT MOLDED PARTS

PPM. overmolds various components as plastic parts, steel shafts, steel rods, bearings, threaded metal inserts, machine components.

Optical Lenses

PPM molds optical parts and lenses for various applications such as laser, gauge covers, fiber optics, gauge sensors, fire protection parts, personal protection equipment and lenses for defense applications.

MILITARY PROPRIETARY PRODUCTS

PPM is a prime contractor to the US Department of Defense and supplies proprietary products to the DOD and supplies parts for military applications on a subcontract basis.
